To begin initiating a return, within 14 calendar days of delivery, please send us an email to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the return and to provide you with the return address.
● Return charges will be paid by customers.
● Return the new, unopened items will be only accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
● For any product valued over $10 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
● Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
● Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns.
● Due to the custom made nature of some of handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
● Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
● Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at email@example.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
● Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
